Presenter Information 2026
Registration
In addition to covering the cost of CEU applications, CHIA offers a registration discount to all presenters. This discount provides approximately $200 in savings off the standard 2-day conference rate. A unique discount code will be emailed to each presenter upon acceptance of their proposal.
CEUs
The final conference program will list the CEUs awarded for each session. Session descriptions and presenter bios will be available in the conference mobile app prior to the event.
CHIA submits CEU applications for all eligible sessions. Final approval and credit determination are made by the respective accrediting bodies (ATA, CCHI, IMIA/NBCMI, RID). If your session is not approved for CEUs, please contact the accrediting organization directly for more information.
