Please note: Walk-in registrations will not be accepted. Be sure to register in advance!

Cancellation Policy

Categories: Early Bird and Regular Rate only

• Deadline: February 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.
• Refunds: If you cancel by the deadline, you may receive a refund of your registration fee minus a 10% processing fee. To qualify, you must both cancel online and notify CHIA via email conference@chiaonline.org 
• Credits: If you would rather receive a credit for the full amount, your credit can be applied toward future CHIA events. Credits must be used by March 1, 2027, 11:59 PM PT after which they will expire.

Registration is not transferrable.

*CEUs (Continuing Education Units)

All sessions are typically granted CEUs and capped as follows:

• CCHI: Up to 10.00 CE hours (CEAP and performance-based sessions, as applicable)
• ATA: 10 CEPs, Category A
• IMIA/NBCMI: 10 contact hours = 1 CEU

All sessions are expected to be pre-approved unless otherwise noted in the program once published.

For ASL/CDI interpreters, CEUs must be requested via the PINRA process by coordinating with an RID Approved Sponsor.

Payment method:

To support our automated check-in process, we only accept online payments via credit or debit card.

Your payment confirmation email will serve as your official receipt.

Certificates:

Please register using your first and last name exactly as you would like them to appear on your certificate of attendance. Name changes will not be possible after registration is submitted. 

Presenters: A discounted rate is available with use of a registration code, which will be provided via email upon selection.

Exhibitors/Sponsors: Once registered as exhibitor or sponsor, you will receive an email with setup instructions and next steps.
